I started training for college track season as of about two weeks ago. I am still quite out of shape compared to how I normally am but my coach is working with me heavily to get me up to speed, literally! I will start posting my runs and workouts and such on here so you guys can see my progress and maybe help to motivate you too! Thank you all for following, now go run! :)
it’s been a while since I have trained :/ Unfortunately. But today I woke up at 5am and started my training again. Track season starts soon and it will be my first season with the NCAA and at the collegiate level. I’m nervous but oh so excited. I just need to get myself out there again training at the intensity I’m used to. No more fatty foods and sleeping in. It’s time to hit the roads…
